Upon completion, students will be able to:

  1. Describe core accounting concepts including account types, financial statement interrelationships, costing methodologies, and time value of money.
  2. Prepare financial statements and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Develop and apply critical thinking skills to analyze business transactions and resource allocations for budgeting processes.
  4. Recognize and apply ethical principles in decision-making and financial reporting.
