The following participate in WUE: American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Residents of the 14 states and 3 three territories listed above pay at 150% of the in-state credit hour rate. WUE students remain as WUE and are not eligible for Alaska residency tuition rates.
